Requirements

  • Strong hands on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager including component development Sling models JCR structures workflows templates and dispatcher concepts
  • Experience in front end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and integration with AEM front end layers
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics Adobe Target and related marketing tools
  • Knowledge of REST integrations content modeling cloud readiness and performance optimization
  • Understanding of insurance processes such as policy billing claims and customer journey workflows
  • Knowledge of SDLC Agile delivery methods CI CD pipelines and secure coding practices
  • Strong communication analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and manage deliverables independently
  • Capability to work directly with client stakeholders in a consulting oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Solution design and developmentDesign and implement AEM components templates workflows and integrations following industry and organizational best practices
  • Develop scalable front end and back end modules for content management and digital experience delivery
  • Ensure AEM solutions are aligned with functional requirements customer experience goals and branding standards
  • Content management and platform engineeringSupport authoring teams with efficient content structures reusable components and intuitive authoring workflows
  • Optimize performance accessibility and security of AEM sites and integrations
  • Collaborate in configuring AEM Cloud or on premise environments including dispatcher caching rules and deployment processes
  • Integration and quality assuranceIntegrate AEM with analytics marketing automation APIs and enterprise systems as needed
  • Support testing cycles by ensuring stable components resolving defects and validating integrated user journeys
  • Client and stakeholder collaborationWork with business analysts UX teams architects and QA engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Provide guidance to junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practice enforcement
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear status updates risk identification and mitigation recommendations
  • Continuous improvementIdentify enhancement opportunities in content architecture workflows and development processes
  • Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and contribute to capability development within the practice
