ADMISSIONS REGISTRAR WEST HENDERSON HOSPITAL (PART TIME NIGHTS)
About The Position
West Henderson Hospital is the seventh acute care hospital in The Valley Health System, located near the Las Vegas Raiders' headquarters. It is a 150-bed hospital equipped to care for patients with a variety of medical needs, offering services such as emergency care, cardiac care, neurology care, surgery, gastroenterology, advanced imaging, laboratory services, respiratory services, and inpatient nursing. The Admissions Registrar is responsible for incoming patients or their representatives and records information required for admission.
Requirements
- Computer proficiency to include word processing and patient accounting system.
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient.
Nice To Haves
- High School or equivalent preferred.
- Two (2) years experience in a hospital admitting office or physician office preferred.
