Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED (college coursework or degree preferred) ๐ŸŽ“
  • At least six months of experience in attractions, entertainment, childcare, hospitality, retail, or other guest-facing roles ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿท
  • Previous experience leading, training, or mentoring team members ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ
  • Strong communication skills with a cheerful, positive leadership style ๐Ÿ’ฌ๐Ÿ˜Š
  • A genuine passion for creating magical, playful experiences for young children and their families ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ‘ถ
  • Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic office technology ๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ’ณ
  • The ability to stay organized, calm, and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment ๐Ÿง โšก
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons ๐Ÿ“†๐ŸŽ„

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily Admissions operations to ensure safe, efficient, and guest-ready entry ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ๐Ÿ›Ÿ
  • Assign, guide, and support front-line hosts throughout each shift ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฌ
  • Actively manage queues and guest flow during busy periods โฑ๏ธโžก๏ธ
  • Lead by example by stepping into host positions when needed ๐ŸŒŸ
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and confidently handle guest recovery situations ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ› ๏ธ
  • Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards ๐Ÿงผโš ๏ธ
  • Partner with other departments to resolve issues quickly and maintain a smooth guest experience ๐Ÿ”„๐Ÿค
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, stocking, and team engagement ๐Ÿ“…๐Ÿ“ฆ
