About The Position

Admissions Coordinator Come Discover the Endless Rewards of a Career that Matters at Tel Hai Tel Hai has a wonderful opportunity to join our Lakeview Personal Care Team in this Full Time position developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan for Lakeview Personal Care with the goal of maintaining census. The Admissions Coordinator will act as Tel Hai's representative to community groups, professional networks, and the general public in marketing sales activities as appropriate for Lakeview Personal Care and Lakehouse Memory Support. Requirements

College graduate (with a degree in marketing, public relations, business, social work, or human services) preferred, or High School graduate with equivalent experience.
Experience in marketing/sales required.
Excellent public relations skills, good organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills required.
Computer database development and maintenance experience/knowledge helpful.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Experience in marketing/admissions in a retirement community or related health care setting preferred.
Experience working with healthcare professionals is preferred.

Responsibilities

Takes primary responsibility for the implementation of strategies of the marketing plan for Lakeview (i.e. phone calls, promotional events, tours, mailings) within budgetary guidelines, building census, and waiting list
Generates, maintains, and follows up on leads.
Arranges and coordinates/conducts Lakeview and Lakehouse tours and participates in assessments and evaluations for the admission of an applicant or person to whom we can provide care.
Completes the admissions process from inquiry to resident status.
Evaluates industry trends, market demand, and niche opportunities.
Conducts yearly competitive analysis
