About The Position

WeCare Centers at Sycamore Care Center is actively seeking a motivated Admissions Concierge for our community in Montoursville, PA. The Admissions Concierge is responsible for providing consistent, structured, and high-touch welcome experience to new residents and their families while supporting the admissions team in ensuring seamless transitions into and out of the facility. This Monday–Friday role follows a focused weekly workflow, including onboarding support, satisfaction rounding, discharge follow-up, data tracking, and report generation.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous health care experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up rounding on prior week’s new admissions to assess satisfaction and unresolved concerns
• Review how new admissions fared over the weekend, liaising with nursing, dietary, housekeeping, and therapy
• Identify discharges expected this week and ensure discharge planning needs are in place
• Confirm readiness for all scheduled admissions (room setup, signage, supplies)
• Coordinate with nursing, dietary, and housekeeping to ensure a positive first-day experience
• Greet new admissions and families upon arrival, assist with orientation, and initiate welcome rounds
• Begin admission tracking documentation for new arrivals
• Conduct general satisfaction rounds on long-term care units
• Serve as liaison between families and department leaders to address concerns quickly
• Reinforce facility amenities, activities, and contact information
• Maintain and update the Admissions Tracker, documenting each new admission with dates, feedback, and key milestones
• Ensure all residents discharged this week have been offered surveys and Google review cards
• Begin compiling the weekly Concierge Report, noting trends, follow-ups, and survey outcomes
• Other job duties as assigned.
