Our Admissions Directors take full ownership of the resident journey, ensuring every admission is managed accurately and completely from referral review through discharge.

Requirements

• Prior Admissions Director or healthcare admissions experience required
• Must be able to manage the entire admissions process from referral review to discharge
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Nice To Haves

• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions lifecycle as Admissions Director, from reading and reviewing referrals through admission and discharge
• Review referral packets for clinical appropriateness, payer source, and regulatory compliance
• Complete, process, and maintain all admissions paperwork accurately and timely
• Coordinate with hospitals, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions
• See every admission through from referral, to paperwork completion, to discharge without hand-offs
