Napa Post Acute is Hiring an Admissions Assistant! Napa Post Acute is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and plays a key part in creating a smooth and welcoming admission experience for our residents and families. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Originally founded in 2013, the organization now consists of hundreds of independent operating subsidiaries, as well as ancillary and support services. Responsibilities
- Assist with the admissions process from referral to arrival
- Communicate with hospitals, families, and internal teams to coordinate admissions
- Prepare and manage admission paperwork and documentation
- Verify insurance and gather necessary resident information
- Provide a welcoming and professional first impression for incoming residents
