Administrative Assistant – Not Remote or Hybrid. As an Administrative Assistant in the Marion, OH Fuel (Energy) department, you will have constant customer interaction via phone, email and face-to-face. Job duties include but are not limited to: receiving and processing fuel orders, invoicing and processing month-end statements. This person will agree to follow COFC’s Credit Policy and work with the Credit Manager to open new accounts, accurately apply payments to current open accounts and collect and apply payments to C.O.D. accounts. This role requires accuracy and will maintain confidentiality with all accounts. This position includes working with pre-paid contracts, record keeping, auditing lists of gallons and truck tickets, tracking inventory and various clerical tasks. The candidate will be required to work weekends, seasonal hours, holidays and overtime as needed. It is imperative that the Administrative Assistant maintain a friendly, professional and positive attitude that promotes teamwork and a favorable image of the cooperative.
