The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for administrative support duties for a department or division. Maintains department computer databases. Acts as a liaison to other departments and divisions. Starting Pay: $24.56 Top Out Pay After Years of Service: $36.84 Processes confidential matters, greets visitors, and screens and directs telephone calls. Orders supplies and verifies deliveries. Maintains inventory of supplies. Distributes mail and documents. Post agendas and schedules. Oversees data processing. Prioritizes and forwards media requests. Grants document permissions. Utilizes data entry equipment to store, retrieve, and disseminate information. Communicates department and division information with various internal and external stakeholders, and community partners. Assists in coordinating public meetings. Develops mailing lists and promotional items. Attends staff meetings. Records and manages information discussed in staff meetings.
