ATS is seeking a dynamic, full-time Administrator to support its Louisville operations, working 40 hours per week. Responsibilities

  • Learn and become proficient with Applied Technical Services internal systems and processes with appropriate training to provide direct administrative support and office management for a busy office with engineers and technicians that provide critical Mechanical Integrity Inspections, Non-Destructive Testing, and other related services to a variety of industrial customers in and around the Kentuckiana Region
  • Provide direct support of Billing and Invoicing functions
  • Proctoring exams for personnel certifications
  • Assist manager with timesheet and expense report review and processing
  • Track project costs and reporting status
  • Track and follow up on accounts receivable aging reports
  • Maintain detailed billing spreadsheet
  • Perform Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
  • Read and interpret purchase orders
  • Communicate with customers
  • Maintain reports, files, archive folders, records
  • Coordinate work documentation with other ATS facilities
