We are actively searching for a driven Administrator Pricing I who will play a critical role in supporting our pricing operations and ensuring data accuracy. The individual in this role will execute pricing queries, collaborate with team members, and help maintain compliance with audit standards. This hands-on position is integral to our business, with opportunities to interact across teams and contribute to our pricing governance. Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing administration, data management, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with pricing systems and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills within the team.
  • Ability to interpret daily procedures or policies to resolve routine problems.
  • Experience with Oracle or similar pricing systems.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and reliable.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Run and review pricing queries and audits within established policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to update pricing details and maintain accurate pricing data.
  • Assist with routine problem-solving and make minor adjustments to work methods as needed.
  • Provide guidance or assistance to new or entry-level employees as required.
  • Highlight areas of concern or problems to the supervisor within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with and revenue recognition standards and audits.
