About The Position

The Administrator is responsible for the teammate education lifecycle (teammate’s initial education through to teammate’s ongoing education and initiatives in between) and/or organizes our teammate onboarding and course program, including onsite logistics. The role also assists with event planning and coordination for internal awards programs. This is a hybrid role and requires 2 days in office (Tues/Thur) in Denver, CO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2 years of experience with vendor management, event planning, customer service and/or account management experience required
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint required
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% which could include weekends
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing a digital database preferred
  • Graphic design or knowledge of adobe creative suite preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with internal and external partners to support teammate awards programs.
  • Proactively communicates with stakeholders and anticipates needs for program
  • Maintains project plan for programs and awards
  • Leads program check-ins with agendas, reporting, next steps
  • Manages excel data for award management and budget
  • On-site support of award events
  • Responsible for the Program production of virtual trainings
  • Manages outlook calendar invites and scheduling
  • Produces virtual, instructor-led sessions and possess an intermediate/advanced understanding of MS Teams functionality
  • Builds show flow and update program changes as needed
  • LMS support of curriculum and regular updates
  • Provides regular updates on curriculum enrollments and data
  • Builds effective and trusting relationships with partners
  • Responds to internal and external questions related to LMS administration
  • Manages communications to participants and faculty
  • Supports internal communications, collaborating with program owners for deployment
  • Modifies teammate supplemental education materials and supports communications processes
  • Collaborates with partners to calendar the team’s communication schedule
  • Develops first draft on ongoing communications
  • Proofs communications for accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned
