We are seeking a Learning Administrator for our enterprise learning team to support the day-to-day operations of learning processes and the Learning Management System (LMS). In this role, you will manage user accounts, course content, and technical troubleshooting while ensuring training materials are well-organized and accessible. You’ll also provide training and support for employees and managers, create and manage learning assignments and reports, and assist in implementing system updates and integrations. The ideal candidate has advanced experience with learning technologies, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in learning development tools and LMS platforms, preferably Cornerstone. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
