Requirements

• Master's degree in a related area
• Valid Teacher Certification
• Valid Texas Administrator Certificate
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with teacher appraisal systems, instructional leadership, program implementation, or performance data analysis
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple departments at the campus or district level.
