FMI's Leadership and Organizational Development practice is seeking a dedicated, driven individual with a passion for leadership. In this exciting, fast paced, and highly developmental fellowship, you will help generate cutting-edge content to improve our clients' organizations, teams, and individual leaders. We are seeking individuals who are early in their careers and interested in corporate governance and leadership development. This is a paid, part-time fellowship requiring a commitment of 25-30 hours per week. The length of the fellowship may vary, but most fellows serve in the role for approximately 6-12 months with the potential to transition into a full-time position. This hybrid role is based in our headquarters office in Denver, Colorado or Raleigh, North Carolina headquarters. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
