Requirements

To be eligible for the AIT Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Interest in pursuing Nursing Home Administrator licensure in the state of Iowa
Strong leadership potential and desire to work in senior care
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Passion for improving the lives of older adults
