This role supports program implementation through direct interaction with customers interested in energy efficiency services. Performs administrative tasks directly related to the daily implementation and support of residential and commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. Responsible for managing customer interactions including call activity, internet activity and tracking system lead processing for residential and/or commercial/industrial customers, as needed. May also aid in reporting and rebate processing for energy efficiency programs. Individual may also provide administrative support to other areas of Energy Efficiency.
