This position serves as a critical link between data, systems, vendors, and employeesâensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a strong employee experience. The role requires advanced analytical skills, comfort working with large data sets, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies across multiple platforms. In addition to day-to-day administration, this position contributes to strategic initiatives related to benefits design, and well-being programs, HRIS optimization, and compliance risk mitigation.
