The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and professionalism when supporting both internal staff and the public. Experience managing parking permits and citations, auditing citation records, administering monthly parking programs, compiling data-driven reports, and utilizing Microsoft Office, Adobe software, and related systems is highly desirable.
