Take the next step in your career with us! We are in search of a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Development lead team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks with varying priorities including but not limited to, organizing travel and accommodations, managing schedules and appointments, prioritizing messages and correspondence, scheduling conference calls and meetings with both internal and external parties, expense reporting as well as other general office administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be diligent at solving problems, strong attention to detail, experience interacting with top level executives both internally and externally, must exercise high level of confidentiality, demonstrate superior communication skills (both written and verbal), have a bias for action and a positive attitude.
