About The Position

This classification serves as the first line contact for the department and will assist with administrative functions of the assigned department.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Two (2) years of call center, secretarial, office administration, or customer service experience and/or training.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference: Bilingual Spanish speaker 3-5 years of fluency

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and redirect as appropriate.
  • Provide information to customers on the phone, in person, and in writing.
  • Resolve simple questions and concerns.
  • Ensure every interaction is handled with the highest level of ownership, customer service, and quality.
  • Demonstrate care for each customer by being courteous and professional, and always maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Requires the ability to speak on the phone while using a computer.
  • Logic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet quality standards.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
