About The Position

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking Administrative Support for their Physical Therapy – Clinical and Translational Research Center. This role involves a variety of administrative and support tasks, including scheduling, customer service, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and data handling. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work with various office software.

Responsibilities

  • scheduling participants
  • providing costumer service support
  • cleaning and sanitizing clinic equipment
  • performing maintenance procedures on equipment
  • organizing mail
  • keeping inventory of supplies
  • ordering supplies
  • organizing clinic space
  • communicating updates with clinicians and research participants
  • help collecting data
  • checking for accuracy of recorded data
  • transferring data to an excel spreadsheet
  • participating in research meetings
