About The Position

BHcare is looking for an Administrative Support professional to be a welcoming presence at our busy behavioral health clinics while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and professionally. This position is part-time, 22.5 hours per week. The schedule is Monday- Wednesday 1:30pm-7pm and Thursday 1:30pm-7:30pm. In this team-based role, you’ll greet clients, coordinate appointments, manage records, and support clinical staff—all while helping to maintain a respectful, professional, and compassionate environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Knowledge of various office equipment, computer skills, typing, organization, ability to manage multiple telephone lines.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Must be able to navigate through electronic health records system (EHR).
