The Administrative Specialist position is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry, or professional office operations. In this role, you’ll help keep our office organized and running smoothly by directing calls, organizing and distributing important insurance documents, and working closely with team members across all divisions. You’ll also be one of the first friendly faces that customers interact with, helping answer questions and sharing information about who we are and what we do.
