About The Position

Provides administrative support and office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and monitoring administrative projects.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business or five years' experience; or any equivalent combination of skills, experience, and training may be considered at the discretion of the agency.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and external vendors and providers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Must not be excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal health care program.
  • Must successfully obtain Criminal History Clearance from the PA State Police, Child Abuse Clearance from the PA Department of Human Services, and FBI Fingerprint Clearances.
  • Must be able to travel to multiple sites within the SW Pennsylvania region.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, coordinating and/or facilitating workflow.
  • Provides quotes and places orders for IT-related equipment and supplies. Tracks orders and confirms the accuracy of orders placed.
  • Provides general administrative and office support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying for management.
  • Maintains electronic and hard copy filing systems in an accurate, logical, and timely manner.
  • Maintains a database and other reference materials related to asset management.
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls as needed or requested.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
  • Coordinates between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
  • Performs multifaceted general administrative and office support.
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Serves as backup coverage to clerical assignments within the corporation
  • Ability to perform basic IT Administrative tasks such as creating new accounts, unlocking accounts, changing passwords, and deactivating accounts, including basic help desk support.
  • Other duties as required
  • Adheres to all policies, laws, regulations, and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal and state laws, and agency policies and procedures.
