Requirements

  • Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
  • One year of professional, administrative, or business experience.
  • Additional education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
  • Additional administrative, business, research, and/or clerical experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in record keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Payroll for KYTC Employees in the Section Office.
  • Complete contractor payroll for Federal Contracts.
  • Respond to public inquiries regarding road construction projects.
  • Monitor budgets for the section office.
  • Prepare daily equipment usage reports.
