This position can be full time or part time, minimum of 20 hours per week. The Administrative Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to various components of the company, particularly Accounting. This is multi-tasking, busy position which supports multiple small businesses in our portfolio by assisting the following departments: Responsibilities Accounting: Scan, code and upload A\P invoices Assist with Credit Card accounts by gathering and organizing receipts Scan, name and save documents to project folders Maintain audit backup documentation, as needed Periodic records rotation Other accounting and data entry assistance, as needed Assist generating A/R invoices Assist with payroll Track tax exemption status on all jobs and prepare tax exempt forms for projects Office Support: Provide a professional first impression at our front desk and answer “operator” calls Maintain neatness and stock supplies in common areas Prepare mailings for others Run errands when needed
