What you’ll do: Support the residential mortgage lending VP, Business Administration & Acquisition Manager, in all administrative departmental duties including the following Quality Control oversight NMLS & Safe Act administration Government program lender recertification SBO and vendor management oversight Residential Mortgage procedure & policy Maintenance Department, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting Commission payroll processing backup Sales support & CRA outreach documentation

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential mortgage operations.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Residential Mortgage origination and servicing functions is helpful.
  • Lending program compliance exposure a plus.
  • Familiarity with ICE (formerly Encompass) LOS system is helpful.
