You will handle a variety of administrative responsibilities, including communication management, data entry, billing assistance, and documentation tracking.

Requirements

  • The ability to manage several simultaneous tasks and responsibilities
  • A high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
  • Experience in an office setting
  • Motivation to reach deadlines and go the extra mile
  • Must possess a valid driver’s licenses and able to travel between locations as needed

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and relay detailed messages accurately
  • Commanding data tracking and electronic records
  • Maintaining the appearance of the office area
  • Presenting outliers and trends from data to the Director
  • Assisting with employee payroll
  • Organizing and filing confidential documentation
  • Assisting with miscellaneous office projects
  • Assist with billing for CDS program
