Appeals heard by the Appeals Section include qualification or eligibility for UI benefits; appeals of fraud and non-fraud overpayments; misrepresentation; federal programs including Disaster Unemployment Assistance, TRA and TAA; denials of claim withdrawals; and petitions for relief of benefit charges.
