About The Position

The Administrative Specialist I will be providing a general and specialized administrative support, handling task like scheduling, record keeping, public engagement for scheduling meeting with internal & external teams. They will be involved with data entry, finance record keeping with finance team, etc, and ensuring all office supplies and documentation for Docusign is stored; all external & internal controls are not breached with any HIPAA, and/ or any compliance concerns.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent communication and reception as well as documentation skills
  • Knowledge and experience with data & systems management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, (i.e; Word, Excel, and Outlook).
