The Administrative Specialist I will be providing a general and specialized administrative support, handling task like scheduling, record keeping, public engagement for scheduling meeting with internal & external teams. They will be involved with data entry, finance record keeping with finance team, etc, and ensuring all office supplies and documentation for Docusign is stored; all external & internal controls are not breached with any HIPAA, and/ or any compliance concerns.
