About The Position

Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $21.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). Effective July 1, 2025, candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they have the minimum education and experience listed in the class specification. Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist multiple professionals with administrative and clerical support and effectively manage their scheduling needs and meeting activities.
  • Ability to support meetings, including managing setup operations and note-taking.
