The Administrative Specialist I position provides critical support for all NCATP offices across the state including computer and technical assistance, processing all assistive technology requisitions, credit cards, and other orders in the NC E-Procurement system, inventory control, and assisting with maintaining the NCATP budget within NCFS and equipment budgets on a monthly basis. Ensures all NCATP requisitions are accurate and complete prior to processing, as well as ensures all purchasing guidelines are adhered to by each NCATP office. Maintains NCATP inventory spreadsheet and ensures accurate information is maintained in the NCATP data collection system. Maintain equipment order spreadsheet’s and compares monthly spending with fiscal services records. Assists new vendors with registration for the e-procurement system. Provides regular assistance to NCATP staff regarding computer access and installations.
