Click here. What we are looking for: The Administrative Specialist position exists in the Fleet Services Unit. The general responsibilities include: Providing general business administration support. Coordination / management of fleet services fueling system agency wide. Ensure effective accounts payable support for goods and services. Provide essential operational support that meets the needs of users. Perform accounts payable, asset /property controls and tracking, operational support, and other business services to the Fleet Services program and district field offices.
