This position plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and provides a broad range of administrative, financial, and recruitment support. Responsibilities include assisting with budgeting activities, processing payroll and invoices, providing customer service to internal and external partners, and supporting recruitment efforts such as coordinating postings, scheduling interviews, and assisting hiring managers throughout the hiring process. The role also supports general office functions, including records management, correspondence, report preparation, and other administrative tasks that contribute to efficient operations. Strong computer skills are essential, as many functions are paperless. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new systems. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the capacity to remain calm and effective in high-demand situations.
