We work closely with the leading staffing trade associations, training, and research organizations to ensure we are knowledgeable of the latest industry trends and technologies Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to: Process and enter hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) laboratory and case data in NBS (surveillance system) Review and manage assigned surveillance and document review queues Apply CDC/CSTE case definitions to determine case status Identify acute, reinfection, perinatal, infant, and fetal death cases Perform routine data cleaning and quality assurance Process paper, electronic, and orphaned laboratory reports Resolve data discrepancies and incomplete records Coordinate medical record requests as assigned Communicate data issues and notable findings to the team leader Participate in required meetings, training, and team activities
