As Administrative Service Support , you will contribute to a world-class automotive retail experience by assessing guests' needs and providing support across various tasks within the service department.
Requirements
- Commitment to excellent guest experience – on the phone/email, in the store, and after purchase
- Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (no major violations)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- X-Time and CDK experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming Service Department phones
- Service appointment scheduling
- Cashiering Service and Parts customers, Including taking credit cards and cash
- Balancing transactions at the end of each day, including the cash drawer.
- Closing completed work orders
- Rental/Loaner car agent using GM software
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Calling guests who are overdue for service
- Keeping a working inventory of office supplies
- Assisting in Extended Warranty claim submissions
- Scheduling guests for Smog, VIN verifications, & Weight certificates
