About The Position

As Administrative Service Support, you will contribute to a world-class automotive retail experience by assessing guests' needs and providing support across various tasks within the service department.

Requirements

  • Commitment to excellent guest experience – on the phone/email, in the store, and after purchase
  • Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (no major violations)
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • X-Time and CDK experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming Service Department phones
  • Service appointment scheduling
  • Cashiering Service and Parts customers, Including taking credit cards and cash
  • Balancing transactions at the end of each day, including the cash drawer.
  • Closing completed work orders
  • Rental/Loaner car agent using GM software
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Calling guests who are overdue for service
  • Keeping a working inventory of office supplies
  • Assisting in Extended Warranty claim submissions
  • Scheduling guests for Smog, VIN verifications, & Weight certificates
