BHcare is looking for an Administrative Support in our Children's Outpatient Clinic to be professional and a welcoming presence at our busy behavioral health clinic while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and professionally. This position is part-time, 22.5 hours per week and the schedule is Monday- Wednesday from 1:30pm-7pm and Thursday 1:3pm-7:30pm. In this team-based role, you’ll greet clients, coordinate appointments, manage records, and support clinical staff—all while helping to maintain a respectful, professional, and compassionate environment.
