This position supports the department leaders in the day-to-day administrative activities of the department. Responsibilities include coordinating center procedures and regulatory agency compliance, maintains personnel records and processes payroll, coordinates/responds to Center projects and issues, processes purchasing requests, travel, complies and coordinates budget and capital budget information for the department leaders. Researches information from different areas of the health center, vendors, Internet and other departments. First contact with Center personnel, outside agencies and other departments.
