About The Position

The Administrative & Project Support Coordinator collects data and creates reports, researches, develops grant applications, and conducts evaluations of programs based on the request of the director. Responsibilities include providing project support to all staff of Civic Institute to include but not limited to: maintaining and updating databases (maintaining and updating databases, entering data, summarizing information and preparing reports, editing reports, assisting with grant writing, and attending community meetings as they pertain to assigned projects); supporting the financial operations of department, including: processing billing, invoicing, purchasing orders and checking requisitions, recording basic budget revenues and expenditures, as well as providing record keeping of contracts; and conducting administrative office duties to include maintaining office supplies, including logging inventory and ordering supplies, as well as assisting in record-keeping at meetings.
