About The Position

Bohannan Huston is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Professional to join our Construction Materials Testing Laboratory in our Albuquerque, NM office. As an Administrative Professional, you will: Provide administrative and project support, including document management, letter writing, test data entry, report preparation, drafting and finalization of proposals. Receive phone calls and collaborate with external customers as well as internal managers to organize and prepare the daily schedule for technician assignments. Coordinate travel arrangements, payment of invoices, cost estimates, mail and package pickup/delivery. Maintain meeting minutes, equipment records, and employee training and certifications. Deliver excellent customer service through professional communication and responsiveness. Support engineering and construction project processes, ensuring details are managed and deadlines are met. Requirements

  • A High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task under deadlines.
  • A team-player mindset with the ability to take direction from multiple people.
  • Capability to give direction to and follow up with other employees to accomplish assigned tasks.

  • Experience with engineering or construction project processes.
