What you'll do as an Administrative Professional 3: This position provides advanced administrative & operational support for Distribution & Inventory Services (DIS), serving as a key liaison across leadership, staff, facilities, vendors, & other ODPS entities while independently managing complex processes, reporting, & daily operations. Relieve designated administrative staff of routine & complex administrative duties, including preparing confidential correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, & presentations. Requirements

  • Option 1: 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
  • Option 2: -Or completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college AND 12 mos. exp. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
  • Option 3: -Or 12 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 2, 16872.
  • -Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative & operational support for Distribution & Inventory Services (DIS), serving as a key liaison across leadership, staff, facilities, vendors, & other ODPS entities while independently managing complex processes, reporting, & daily operations.
