Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Construction Industry experience a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining databases by updated records, checklists, and tracking tools
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and greet visitors
  • Support inventory tracking, vendor follow-ups, or supply ordering as needed
  • Create and update spreadsheets and process documents to improve team efficiency
  • Help with basic reporting, tracking metrics, and ensuring completion of projects
  • Provide general administrative support to managers and team members
