Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and managing transaction files to ensure contract compliance and accuracy
  • Monitoring and maintaining operational workflows and internal processes
  • Assisting with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
  • Facilitating the onboarding of new agents, ensuring a smooth and structured transition into the company
