This position requires the employee to be a professing Christian and to be willing to support the Christian mission of ACU. This position serves as the first point of contact for the Dean’s Office and provides high-level administrative, scheduling, and operational support. Basic Responsibilities A. Receptionist B. Administrative Support C. Maintain CBS Room Reservations and Events D. Provide Support to the Director of Finance and Administration E. Supervise Student Employees F. Receptionist 1. Greet and assist visitors, faculty, staff and students 2. Answer and route phone calls 3. Manage general email inquiries 4. Represent the Dean’s Office in a professional and friendly manner B. Administrative Support 1. Support Dean’s Office staff 2. Manage calendars as assigned 3. Maintain CBS directory and key records 4. Process monthly purchasing card reports 5. Maintain supplies for the Dean’s Office suite C. Maintain CBS Room Reservations & Events 1. Maintain room scheduling for internal and external constituents 2. Coordinate chapel weddings 3. Process rental contracts, insurance documents and payments 4. Assist with Dean’s Office events as needed D. Provide Support to the Director of Finance and Administration 1. Submit building and technology work orders for the college 2. Manage building access and HVAC scheduling 3. Send weekly building usage updates 4. Maintain Dean’s office areas, classrooms, storage rooms and facility need E. Supervise Student Employees 1. Assist with hiring and training 2. Schedule and oversee work
