Summary: The Administrative Office Manager serves as the central administrative point of contact for AFCJIC, providing onsite support and oversight of daily office operations. This role ensures efficient execution of administrative programs, task management, personnel onboarding, scheduling, and information management. The Administrative Office Manager supports senior leadership by coordinating meetings, maintaining digital collaboration platforms, managing government-furnished equipment and supplies, and ensuring administrative processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures remain compliant, current, and effective.
