Crossroads Health, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with facilities located in Mentor, Painesville, and Cleveland, serves Northeast Ohio communities with comprehensive behavioral and primary integrated healthcare, early childhood services, extended housing and recovery services—no matter one’s ability to pay. Our mission is to provide hope, healing, and healthcare to everyone. We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual for the position of Administrative Office Manager. The Administrative Office Manager oversees day-to-day administrative operations for Crossroads Health, which is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC LAL). Responsibilities include management of Front Office and Call Center operations, customer service and administrative support teams, and general business operations, including coordination and oversight of PRN interpreters and translation services to ensure language access and regulatory compliance. More specifically, this position is responsible for:

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of Supervisory experience
  • 3-5 years operations management with increasing responsibilities
  • Must have an acceptable driving record (4 pts. or less), reliable transportation, and carry automobile insurance with minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 and property damage of $50,000

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience in the healthcare, nonprofit sector (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in processing Board Meeting minutes, as well as drafting, creating and managing various types of documents

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise and oversight of administrative operations staff in Front Office, Call Center, interpreters/translators, Board support and Clinical support functions.
  • Implements workflows to maximize efficiency of operations. Includes business process analysis, workflow redesign and process implementation. Monitors Operations metrics and recommend improvements, including those related to the patient experience.
  • Ensures effective use of EHR administrative functions and features. Oversee administration operations, data maintenance processes, and ensure database integrity for biographical, demographical, scheduling, insurance eligibility, and sliding fee scale. Manage NextGen Patient Portal enrollment and enrollment reports and metrics.
  • Provides administrative support to the Board of Directors meetings and meeting minutes in collaboration with the CEO.
