The Administrative Office Manager oversees day-to-day administrative operations for Crossroads Health, which is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC LAL). Responsibilities include management of Front Office and Call Center operations, customer service and administrative support teams, and general business operations, including coordination and oversight of PRN interpreters and translation services to ensure language access and regulatory compliance.
