About The Position

Office Coordinator Do you want to work in a dynamic work environment where no day is ever the same as the next? In this role, your tasks will be diversified and you will be supporting our mission. Support management with entering incident reports in the Portal relieving this task from the Program Director position whose time should be designated to the other priority tasks. Additionally, giving back valuable time to the Quality Improvement Specialist that can be designated to time spent in the programs making an actual difference in the lives of those were serve and supporting the operational teams when they need us most. Data Entry position request for State Incident Reporting Requirements Quality Improvement 32-40 hours a week depending on workload

Requirements

  • Associates degree in related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationships
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
  • A commitment to quality in everything you do
