As an Administrative Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting leaders, teams, and programs across the organization. In this role, you’ll provide administrative and operational support across our Pediatric Partners clinics:

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3 years of administrative, office, or operations support experience (required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with payroll, billing, or reporting systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support leaders with scheduling, coordination, and daily administrative needs
  • Assist with ledgers, billing support, insurance verifications, and authorizations
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls across all 5 clinic locations
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative systems
  • Coordinate office operations, including supplies, vendors, and facility needs
  • Support meetings, trainings, and the general office workflow
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding and documentation
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communication
  • Provide coverage and support across administrative functions as needed
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Perform light daily upkeep, such as disinfecting toys and therapy equipment
  • Assist with spot-cleaning windows, floors, and common areas as needed
  • Work independently for portions of the day and ensure clinic operations run smoothly
